Our team set out to minimize the socio-environmental impact of frozen food consumption by satisfying consumer needs for convenient, affordable, emotionally fulfilling, quality ready made food in a sustainable, unique, and delightful way.
 
The question to address was: How to create a scalable, local, convenient, and healthy ready meal service that is able to take on the leaders of the industry?
 
Solution: 
 
Our team developed a subscription based service that brings local and healthy ready meals to urban working professionals in a convenient and sustainable way. 
 
Ripe Food Trucks deliver ready meal trays conveniently to urbanites who lack time, expertise and or resources to prepare and cook their own meals. Thus creating sustainable food habits by scaling through a subtraction model, promoting re-usable packaging and responsible food source support.
