Escuela Canina Leonardo Tiscornia is an Argentine obedience school that trains dogs on how to behave properly. The school is based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and other various provinces around the country. The school is led by dog trainer Leonardo Tiscornia who has more than 30 years of experience training and solving various behavioral problems in dogs.

Key Challenges: Just when we started working with the social networks of Escuela Canina Leonardo Tiscornia, we realized that all of their social media was created seven years ago, and had little reach and few followers. Despite having 30+ years of experience, their social platforms did not reflect their skills and background.

On the other hand, their social media accounts did not look like business profiles and did not offer a unique value proposition. Another problem was that their videos often didn’t seem to convey a clear message and their highlights were a mix of stories without a clear purpose. Ultimately, the effort to communicate with their audience seemed to lack focus, which sometimes translated into wasted opportunities to share clear content.

The first thing we did to solve these problems was to optimize the biography and information on their Instagram and Facebook profiles and then improve the content they shared. We designed covers for their Instagram highlights and reels, and we also edited, musicalized, and added subtitles to each of the videos that they recorded to achieve a more valuable, concise, and direct message, which is essential to creating a successful social identity.
We created an account from scratch to show them what could be achieved with a good strategy and by creating better content. The result was as expected and the improvement was immediate as new followers and new clients began to arrive, thanks to the content of advice, tips, recommendations, and short stories that showed Leonardo's skills as a dog trainer.

In just one year, they duplicated the number of followers that they had had for seven years. Everything was done in an organic way and without paying for any advertising.

Another of the strategies we applied was to create a TikTok account to take advantage of the reach of their videos and to also attract potential customers on that social network. This strategy worked as we had planned and the scope was amazing.
We also took the time to improve the editing of their videos, in which Leonardo describes the structure and dynamics of each training by adding music, transitions, and animated text. Additionally, we created more professional and friendly images for his YouTube video thumbnails.
