The building is organised into two L-shaped sections with double-sided orientation. The ground floor hosts different public programmes, such as a day centre for the elderly, library, fitness centre, different shops and cafes. The first and the second floor contain 30 serviced apartments of 3 different sizes, as well as a double-height common room in each of the sections.
