Here we can watch the existing floor plans, it is a highly partitioned space, which incorporates a terrace in a bottom level.
 

The principal criterion was to maximize the flexibility of the dwelling, and so to cover the necessities that occupants might have. For this, it was designed as a diaphanous space, without interiors partitions. The furniture allows mobility for free up space.
 

The dwelling is divided in six areas: core, sleeping area, bathroom, kitchen, hall and terrace.
 

We found the core on the center of the flat, it communicates the rest of the areas. The core is composed of the living room, the dinner room and the studio. As I have already said the furniture allows mobility for free up space, and even to attend for other functions.
 

Sleeping area is located outside, because it is compound through six modules, which protrude of the frontage. These modules are connected with the core, and in addiction it creates a porch in the terrace.
 

Bathroom is located on the right-wing of the inner courtyard and in the opposite wing we found the kitchen and the hall. All this communicated with the core.
 

Finally, in bottom floor, is positioned the terrace. It can be reached by a spiral staircase.
 

White is the chief component to contribute more lighting to the space, pavement is composed by walnut wood to contribute more warmth.
In conclusion, I search the maxim flexibility of the space, adapting it to the necessities of the users.
