"SPAZA STYLE"
Spaza shops are typically small general stores found within South African townships, rural areas and inner cities, and are an African artform unto themselves. They are notably always adorned with hand painted sign writing and illustrations (of varying skill) and as such almost always, bursting with vibrant colour and visual richness. They are fine examples of creativity that thrives despite hardships and lack of resources.
