The disorder between the production of reactive oxygen species and antioxidant capacity in the body may cause schizophrenia. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) and manganese superoxide dismutase (MnSOD), as important antioxidant enzymes, play a key role in controlling reactive oxygen species in the body. Scientists have pointed out that it may be an important reason for cognitive dysfunction in the early course of schizophrenia.
In this projection, the scientific discovery of superoxide dismutase on mental cognitive disorder will be explored visually, and the scientific process will be transformed and the visual art form will be re-expressed through the transparency of glass as the medium, and a set of art installations that can intuitively explain its principle will be designed.
