Interloop — Uniform Behaviours

Interloop limited in their 27 years of successful trading have developed a strong organizational culture. With diversification and expansion of their business, they wanted to replicate their culture across the entire business structure. For this they decided to set up Uniform Behaviours to make all expected behaviours similar throughout the organization. They approached us to create an illustrated book comprising of 6 Uniform behaviours derived from their values. 

The result was an extremely detailed visual representation that were key to unlocking the desired cultural practices across the organisation. Each page was handcrafted individually with bespoke drawings of their employees accompanied with the typography and layout of each section. The work was very well received and helped reinforce consistency in their strategy, priorities and company values
