Overview
Designed the UX and UI of a wholesale travel agency's landing page, with the aim of creating engagement and increasing the number of users of the client's B2B solution.
The client provided a briefing detailing: all necessary content (text), landing page main goal definition, communicational tone of voice and target audience definition.
Wireframes
A benchmark an interview with someone in the field and a brainstorm was conducted to define the headline and main labels. After two iterations, the proposal was validated by the client, and mockups design starded.
Interaction: anchors were defined from the main nav to the different information blocks, to facilitate users navigation (at the bottom of this page there is a video where this behaviour is showcased).
Test and iteration: a round of user tests was conducted in which 3 people participated. The main learning from these tests was that the registration form was too long and dissuaded users from registering. Solution: a 3-step stepper was designed, based on the type of information requested. This allowed users to complete the task more easily.
Mockups
Along with the mockups, the following visual guidelines were delivered:
First proposal
This following proposal was iterated 3 times, based on client and users' feedback. Some of the learnings were: this version was too dark and crowded, users expected something more clear and blank space; images usage: users expected images of people in/and exotic destinations...
Final version
Once this proposal was approved, the design was developed using WordPress.
Prototype demo
As for the presentation of the low-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes were prepared, using InVision, in order to present the final proposal to the client. Here is a video that illustrates how it works:
