The Washington Post - Rising rent prices
The Washington Post approached us to create a series of short editorial films for an article about rising rent prices. Discussing the supply and demand issue brings up five different elements to this problem.
We highlighted those five angles; from a couple of lovebirds looking for their first nest to big birds bringing extra cash and others waiting in line.
