About EliteLeads
EliteLeads is an all-in-one career platform for Gen Z. It offers young students to find out their ideal career by connecting them with career experts, developing their skills through top-rated courses and applying for jobs. EliteLeads goal is to make learning experience fun, fast and easy for all students and give young students who confused about careers confidence with experts' advice.
I conduct interviews to understand the users I’m designing for and their needs. I discovered that many target users think of online learning and career advising platforms as scams and a waste of time. Most of them have experience of quitting at least a course mid-way through because it's not their area of interest. Also, I discovered most of the target audience wants to discuss their career with an experienced counselor.
