Türkiye Finans: Some Data Can't Be Visualized

Türkiye Finans, a bank that provides services in Turkey and the Middle East, stood out with its customer satisfaction rates. 83% of customers who called the Customer Relations Center were satisfied with the service process. No matter how supportive the artificial intelligence-driven digital infrastructure was in this success, the real success belonged to their colleagues who turned each interview into a sincere human story.
To prove this, we have moved that sympathetic sincere dialogues, which are an indicator of customer satisfaction, to the center of our communication. With the understanding that such intimacy is human-specific, we asked artificial intelligence to visualize the dialogues.

These dialogues contained unique Turkish idioms expressing satisfaction such as "roses bloomed on my face", "the worlds became mine", "was sprinkled water into me", and “you handle it like pulling hair out of butter".
The result was far from perfect, as we expected. Because artificial intelligence, which processes millions of data, does not have empathy for what makes us who we are. We created our visual world from these designs. Thus, while demonstrating technological competence by catching a digital trend, we have shown the value that Türkiye Finans's colleagues deserve.
