EMPORIA was conceived in 2020 in the context of the pandemic, five artists in collaboration with Cégep du Vieux-Montréal and the Musée d'art contemporain des Laurentides created works in dialogue with philosophical reflections for the course of Xavier Brouillette.

I worked under the theme of Accumulation with texts by Aristotle, John Locke, and Marcel Hénaff.

Each artist created video works that were integrated into the coursework.

In 2022, MAC LAU will present the work along with a free course program, making the exhibition space a place of reflection and exchange of knowledge.
