NODIRONGI XOPUN is a synthwave/retrowave track by Abhi Saikia, Arindam Gohain and Buddha Jyoti Bezbaruah which was released by Rainforest Records Label. NODIRONGI XOPUN literally translates to 'Dreams like the Colors of a River' in Assamese. The song is basically about how a person is living their life like they envisioned but still feel something is missing from their life. The work is inspired from Vasjen Katro's work.
I am responsible for the Key Visual which included the Cover Art, Official Visualizer and Art Direction. The core concept is the usage of Personification where the Car is used to represent the grown up version of the person and the Bicycle is their childhood version which inturn shows the person's dilema between choosing his simple rural life or the complex city life. Thus indirectly hinting that both the elements are necessary for propagating in life while longing for dreams and aspirations.
