Homage Caregiver Burnout Campaign

The Brave Front wall is a platform that allows people to share their experience of refusing or declining help despite the fact that they really need it. By sharing these stories, the tribe will be able resonate with other people, showing that they are not alone. The wall will be located at areas where our tribe will usually be at such as hospitals, therapy centers, and etcetera.

The Brave Front wall is printed with a QR code which will lead them to the digital version of it in the campaign's website, www.TheBraveFront.com. Here they will be able to share their own stories through #BraveFront on social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram. The stories will be sent to the admins before being posted to ensure that the wall does not contain any explicit or hateful messages. This will further increases the exposure of this campaign island-wide.
Linking back to our big idea of asking and accepting help, there will be a series of short commercials which narrates stories whereby people refused help despite the fact that they need it. These stories parallel the circumstances our tribe is in, whereby they are not accepting help although resources are readily available. To keep our campaign light-hearted, the scenarios we have chosen to film are exaggerated.
These commercials will be available for viewing on Homage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
The print ads will be on display at places where our tribe frequents to bring their elderly parents for medical checkups such as hospitals, therapy centers and clinics, as well as bus stops. They will also be printed on newspapers.
The website will be launched where our tribe can learn more about caregiver burnout which will eventually lead to the official Homage website.
Moving on to our service design, we chose to collaborate with Natureland.

Natureland is a massage and wellness spa which provides services in over 7 outlets nationwide which are open till wee hours. One special feature that Natureland has is that they provide home spa service and with all the stress that caregivers are going through they barely have time for themselves therefore with this feature, caregivers will be able to give themselves a short break in the comfort of their own homes.

Furthermore, not only will the caregivers be benefiting from this but the receiver can also use their services.
The mobile application of service design is as follows:

1. The service design serves as an additional feature on the existing Homage app. It will be an option under “more” tab where users can find Natureland’s service.

2. Homage app users will need to enter their postal code to find the nearest Natureland outlet or arrange a home massage session.

3. From there, they can choose a treatment from the variety of services that Natureland has to offer.

4. The user can make any amendments and their total bill for the session

5. After confirming their session, users will be redirected back to the “More” tab.
