Everyone has memories, which have not been captured or stored in media forms. Yet, some of the memories could have been captured, but rendered in a very different light. You may have a photo taken at the moment, yet nothing on the photo will be speaking about the moment itself. Well, this is a much more rare ocasion and an interesting case to make an art collection.

When capturing moments with analogue cameras, it may turn out that the camera captured not just something from your world, but something from a world of its own - a whole world of bars, lines, flares, squares, colors and scratches. It may have been your memory, but now it is a more abstract picture processed by an old film camera. Here are 5 works of this series:

I have a long story of such recollections - of them not being lost, but slightly changed, warped, reshown and recollected. Hence the name of the project: recollections reimagined. Those are true photos taken by my old camera in last 2 years, and the descriptions capture those moments and tell about those recollections in a minimalist text format.
