With the hopes of verifying the theory of Dark Matter, the Stawell Underground Laboratory is built 1 kilometer beneath the earths surface where cosmic noise is filtered out and a Dark Matter signal can be detected.

This video was commissioned by the University of Melbourne who were looking for ways to visually explain this research in a bite sized synopsis for general audiences and explore interesting ways to showcase the theorized functions and motion of particles that we are yet to understand.
