I was hired as a creative intern for Young Star Philippines from August 2022 to January 2023. My job includes creating illustrations and graphic design for the online publication, thinking of possible topics to cover, and making logo designs for the newspaper masthead. Creative interns are given one week to conceptualize and finalize each output. Working for YS has been a childhood dream of mine, and it's surreal that I contributed to a publication that was a big influence to my artistic journey.
