The Phi Method

«A designer should know that the objects may become the tool of an existential rite».

The aim of our project is to provide the designer a useful tool in the projectual phase, which follows him and led him step by step in the identification and resolution of problems to obtain a solution.
Influenced by some of the topics covered during the lessons of Professor Philippe Daverio at the course of "Ethics for Design", we focused on consequentiality, an element common to both the mathematician Fibonacci and the designer Bruno Munari. Deepening the argument we have found many points in common between them, such as for example the fact that each phase is consequently of their preexistence.

1 - Problem and Definition of the Problem - Problema e Definizione del Problema  (P + DP)
2 - Components of the Problem - Componenti del Problema  (CP)
3 - Collection and Data Analysis - Raccolta e Analisi dei Dati  (RD + AD)
4 - Creativity - Creatività  (C)
5 - Materials and Technology - Materiali e Tecnologia  (MT)
6 - Experiment and Models - Sperimentazione e Modelli  (S + M)
7 - Verification and Constructive Drawings - Verifica e Disegni Costruttivi  (V +DC)
