Locus Solus Group's profile

Narrative exhibition at Schindler's Factory

The first narrative museum in Poland, which became a reference point and inspiration for other modern facilities of this type. It is still one of the most visited exhibitions in Poland - a fixed point of most trips to Krakow. It was honored with the Sybil 2011 award for the most important museum event in Poland.

The exhibition is a story of Poles, Jews and Germans in war-torn Krakow. Great history intersects here with everyday life, private life - with a tragedy that affected the whole world. We gave the exhibition the character of a theatrical-film story. Scenographic reconstructions of authentic urban spaces are juxtaposed with metaphorical sculptural installations. We get lost in a labyrinth of stories, the tension keeps rising.

In 45 exhibition spaces, Krakow's past has been created in such a way that each visitor can directly touch history, feel the emotions of the city's wartime residents. Extensive multimedia (30 interactive stations with touchscreen monitors, 70 soundtracks
soundtracks, 15 video projectors), create a modern and attractive form of museum communication for the viewer.
