The idea to draw philosophers sprang to my mind whilst studying philosophy. I got intrigued by the looks of all those people I've been learning from. Many of the portraits do not bear resemblance unfortunately but for me it was more important to capture my personal attitude to the thinker. I also added the quotes to make the project more educational. Hopefully you can find something new and noteworthy on this page.
