这是一套普通别墅的全案设计，历时两年完成,
照片摄于业主入住一年半后，
拍摄当天几乎未经整理，呈现的是平时的日常状态。
花更少的时间打理，获得更有品质的居住感受,
是我们这次的课题,
也是平凡生活的必需因素。
This is the whole case design of an ordinary villa,
which lasted two years to complete
The photo was taken a year and a half
after the owner moved in,
The day of shooting was almost unorganized,
showing the normal daily state.
Spend less time on care, get a better quality of living experience,
That's our topic for this time,
It is also the best state of ordinary life.

我们希望赋予这个别墅空间极简、沉静的生活方式，
回家后，卸下铠甲坐在沙发里，
是期望中的平静与舒适。
不喧闹，自有声。
The be ginning of journey
Premium Grey
We want to provide a minimalist, quiet lifestyle in this villa space,
When you come home, you can take off your
armour and sit on the sofa, to feel the peace and comfort of longing.
Without any noisy, only self-voicing.
空间节奏
我们打通了一层空间的玄关部分，敞亮开阔，
让更多的阳光进入，让冷峻里有温度，
下沉式客厅给长方型客餐厨空间带来层次感，
整个一楼空间去中心化处理，全敞开没有硬隔断，
让风与音乐在这里自由流动。
Space rhythm
We run through the porch part of the space to make
this space more open and bright;
Let more sunlight enter this space,
and bring warmth in this cold design;
The sunken living room design brings a sense of hierarchy
to the rectangular dining and kitchen space.
The entire first floor space uses decentralized
processing to provide a fully open design without hard partitions;
Let the melody of wind and nature dance freely here.
在灰色调大块面和直线条构成的空间里，置入几件曲线构造的装置和摆件，
在绝对的理智中保有相对的感性，是这个家所要表达出的有趣内在。
Put a few curvilinear installations and ornaments into
the space formed by the grey-toned large surfaces and straight lines;
Maintaining relative sensibility in absolute sanity
will allow this residence to express fun inner design.
材质关系
深色大理石是业主钟爱的主材，在这个空间被大面积使用，
与居住主人的气场相合，调性十足，
不同纹理和深浅的天然石材，与深色橡木饰面，哑光金属，咖色窗帘，
在墙面与地面精心计算过视觉比例，
不同的质感与肌理的材质被拿进来妥当安置，
利落又干净，内敛又高级。
Relationship of material
The dark marble, the main material that the owner loves,
will be used on a large area in this living space;
It is in harmony with the aura of the owner, full of tonality;
Matched with different textures and shades of
natural stone, with dark oak veneer, matte metal, coffee colour curtains,
the visual proportions of the wall and the ground
have been carefully calculated；
Different textures and textures are brought in and
placed properly. It is neat and clean, restrained and elegant.
地下室延续了一层的极简气质，
重新设置视觉比例，浅色石材被大面积地面使用，
格局上扩出了茶室部分，开天窗引光入室，
主要的隔断形式继承一楼的灰玻与黑色哑光陈列架，
丰富了空间点线面的同时也带来节奏感。
The design of the basement continues the minimalist
temperament of the first floor;
Re-set the visual proportions, light-colored stones are
used on a large area of the ground;
The tea room part is expanded in the whole design layout,
and natural light is drawn into the room through the design of opening skylights.
The main partition form design undertakes the gray glass
and black matte display shelf on the first floor.
While enriching the space, points, lines and surfaces,
it also brings a sense of rhythm.

在完成这套案例的过程中，
如何平衡业主偏好的主材带来的冷峻感与生活需要的温度感，
关注每个家庭成员对聚合空间与独立空间的不同需求，
享受家庭欢聚的同时保有各自的精神领地，
是我们设计的考虑重点，
在这个场域里，
极简主义的生活态度和价值观念已经融合进每一寸空间里。
Explore
In the process of completing the design of this villa case,
We try to find how to balance the coldness brought by the owner’s
preferred main material with the warm feeling of life needs;
Pay attention to the different needs of each family member for shared
space and independent space, and maintain their own spiritual territory
while enjoying family gatherings, this is the focus of our design.
In this living space, the minimalist attitude and values of
life have been integrated into every inch of space.
