KAKAO MOBILITY REPORT 2021
Kakao Mobility is Korea's leading mobility platform company. The data collected by the platform in various trips such as taxis, navigation services, shared bikes, and delivery is referred to as mobility data. It is an important source for understanding people's daily lives and social phenomena, as well as a driving force behind mobility innovation. Since 2017, Kakao Mobility has published an annual "Kakaomobility Report" based on mobility data insights. The theme of this year's report is "Mobility 2.0," which considers the future direction of the mobility ecosystem.
카카오모빌리티는 대한민국 1위 모빌리티 플랫폼 기업입니다. 택시, 내비, 주차, 바이크, 배송, 물류 등 수 많은 이동 과정 속에 카카오모빌리티 플랫폼을 이용하여 축적되는 방대한 데이터들을 모빌리티 데이터라고 부르는데, 모빌리티 데이터는 이동의 실태를 보여주는 동시에 더 나은 이동을 만드는데 필요한 기술 혁신의 핵심입니다. 또한 현시대 사람들의 삶과 사회현상 및 관계를 깊이 이해하는데 중요한 자료로 사용되고 있습니다. 카카오모빌리티에서는 2017년부터 이를 한 권의 책으로 모아 매년 '카카오모빌리티 리포트'를 발행해왔습니다. 이번 리포트에서는 지난 6년 동안 카카오모빌리티가 데이터 분석과 기술력을 바탕으로 시장을 혁신해 온 과정을 반추해보았습니다. 더불어 '모빌리티 2.0'을 주제로 미래 모빌리티 시장을 전망하고 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 고민했습니다.
