HOUSELING is a real estate agency aimed at the luxury real estate market. They challenged Itsanashow Studio to create a graphic identity away from the typical image of "real estate business" — cold and aggressive. They bet on their success and achievements to highlight their services. They use different strategies and tailored advice, guidance, sale and rental processes.

THE CHALLENGE
To develop an elegant visual identity mirroring the brand's distinction, combining sales and consulting real estate under a minimalist but bold perspective.

THE SOLUTION
Based on the floor plan of a house/building, we were inspired by the drawing of the main lines of a room for the construction of the logo's symbol. As a result, we declined this concept for the lettering that makes up the brand name. We opted for a strong and distinctive chromatic palette. A classic and elegant green with a vibrant and bold orange, giving the desired elegance and "boldness".
