Create an identity menu that is easy to apply and functional in a busy restaurant environment.

Based on this, I wanted to develop a fresh and flexible identity for them according to the seasonal, diverse menu. I appreciate minimalism and spotlight on featuring key components. The menu system was designed to reflect the ethos of innovative dishes created from local, sustainable and seasonal ingredients. The identity is intentionally stripped back and refined to reflect the dishes with the core ingredients being the star of the show.
