San Francisco - City By The Bay

Entryway - this home was a one level, 1,500 sf, home in San Francisco. Constructed in the 1930s, the project was very unique in its necessity to keep enough of the old San Francisco charm, while merging modern upgrades,  a true labor of love. The home is now two stories, with 2,022 sf of living space.

Kitchen - when the home was purchased it had a center patio, again typical of homes constructed in the 1930s, it also had some very interesting daisy wall paper.... Due to the homes attachment to adjacent homes , operable skylights were placed throughout to provide plenty of natural light.

Formal Dining Area, it was important to maintain the home's San Francisco charm.  Both the crown molding and parquet floors were refurbished.

Master Suite - this was a new addition to the home, and wow what a project it turned out to be, significant structural work, as well as many haul outs of sand.  Gorgeous.
