Brief: Create a range of high-end kitchen appliances for the Indian market.
During my internship with Empoise (http://www.empoise.com/) in Summer 2013, I worked on couple of projects from kitchen appliances to an electronic device. The experience helped me work individually as well as with a team of senior Industrial designers. The following is the kitchen appliance project, in which I worked on a 'Kitchen-top Blender' and 'Pop-up Toaster'.
Th first step was to define a design language for the company as the foundation which will then be translated and communicated through range of kitchen products to form a family.
Due to confidentiality reasons, details of my work cannot be shown.
I explored a wide range of concepts from shapes, materials, ergonomics and manufacturing processes.
