A seasoned Utah-based business leader, J. Anthony Antonelli has accrued significant entrepreneurial and consultancy experience over the last four decades. He currently serves as chairman of Havenpark Capital in Utah. J. Anthony Antonelli is also an active board member of the Utah County Food and Care Coalition.

The Food and Care Coalition is committed to helping the marginalized residents of the county with food, shelter, and other services geared specifically to their health and safety. To that aim, the group provides free balanced meals, hygiene and shower facilities, transitional housing, education, and laundry services. The nonprofit also runs a client outreach program in this endeavor.

The Food and Care Coalition has partnered with multiple health associations to promote mental health care and dental hygiene among other medical care. The organization boasts the successful delivery of more than 100,000 free meals in 2021. It also provided more than 12,000 nights of housing respite for clients. The Food and Care Coalition relies solely on donations for funding.

Besides funds, volunteers can donate garden products and perishable items, sack lunches, sleeping bags and blankets, and also sponsor breakfast meals. The nonprofit also welcomes volunteers who are happy to render other services to the community, such as serving hot meals, food pickup and distribution, janitorial services, working on special events, and participating in the Eagle Scout Project.
