You have been on a long journey and you are absurdly starving. Suddenly spotting light glimmering along with the crust of lava fields. You found the light grinding structure of lush vegetation loftily among the raw, wild, and mysterious   landscape of  Myvatn.  Walking forward along dunes of    terrain leading to a double space corridor aside with light weight structuring plantations. With a glimpse you see small people busy moving up and down planting and collecting goods. Clinks, sound of metallic spoon and plate clashing. At the same time, the delightful scent of freshly cooked pasta and tomato sauce dispersed all over after the doors were wide open. You can’t resist but to walk in.

A volcanic island with trembling and shivering weather, Iceland is surrounded by tremendously pleasurable natural scenery. Yet facing a difficult issue on growing local goods. Therefore our proposal evokes the harmonization of the integration and indication of both sensory dining experience and    primitive harvest methods.

As much of Iceland's terrain is wide and subtended by nature with a sparse of inhabitants. It persuades us to the idea of less but effective. Less in buildable areas to increase opportunity in receiving views. Less in farmers' work, nearer working space can increase harvesting quantity within the same amount of time.  Which drives us to minimize horizontal usage to exaggerate the sense of people gathering creating intimate and heartwarming dining ambience. Together with maximized vertical plantation functions. Griding structure raised high side vertical blocks blurring boundaries of the interior and exterior at the same time give support to    building when hard wind strikes.
