Authoritarian Leadership
Authoritarian leaders manage all of the actions and activities of their staff without any significant taking suggestions or ideas from their subordinates. When you use this method, you keep full command over a team, which leaves very little independence or liberty within the group. This process is effective when facing tight deadlines, but creativity gets sacrificed since team feedback is restricted.
