Wilfred Jones is 78 year old lady that lives in an old people home in Newcastle, her main hobbies are Bingo and Crosswords. In her old age she has become very forgetful, unfortunately the doctors have diagnosed her with Alzheimer’s. She has found she gets dehydrated easily but often forgets to drink water which is very important in old age. The doctors have been trying to find a way to remind the old lady’s in the clinic to keep hydrated throughout the day.

Wristband will detect hydration levels
It will sync through bluetooth to the water dispenser
Each branch represents a user
Each dispenser hosts 6 persons hydration levels
Will use Red-Blue colours to represent hydration levels
Stems wilt as users hydration decresaes
Wristband detects hydration levels through skin pigment sensor technology
Notifications will appear on wristband when dehydrated
Water is stored, cooled and filtered in the main body
Drip`tray contains sensor to acknowlegde glass
