Welding Torch

The design of the welding torch is primarily an important element in terms of operator ergonomics and safety. This is directly proportional to welding quality and productivity.

In this design, it is essential to provide a different appearance by keeping the ergonomic elements appealing to every user in the foreground. The design was created in accordance with the Zenweld characteristic. At the same time, the technical requirements of the product were preserved and the necessary points were intervened.

In this project, the concept designs created were produced with a 3D printer and CNC, and product user analyzes were made. Production solutions were discussed over optimal design, and the product was finalized and mass production started.

The arc welding torch is designed for Zenweld. In this context, designs were started by creating a new line for the company. It is aimed to have an ergonomic design with a strong and modern appearance.
