OK.Video – Jakarta International Video Festival was established in 2003 by ruangrupa, an artist’s initiative based in Jakarta that focuses on supporting the development of the arts in the spesific context of culture in Indonesia through research, study and documentation, along with intensive collaboration and cooperation with artists through organizing exhibitions, artists residency programs, art projects and workshop.

OK. Video Flesh (7-17 October 2011) considered the 'flesh' as a shaping part of the human body. Flesh is fragile, decay-able, nevertheless it’s seductive and performative as well. Video has become the arena for the fleshes, the bodies to perform, to communicate and to mesmerize so called the real fleshes: us. Moreover, videos are becoming the fleshes itself that produce, reproduce and distribute the organic-viral images, texts and sounds. The exhibition divided to four themes: Performance, Power, Digital Viral, and Private-Public. The festival exhibited 150 videos from 134 artists, and 6 compilations programs, from 30 participating countries.
