In my growth, I have been overly concerned about what I want to be for a long time, but I have always been disgusted with who I am. This often makes me fall into serious self-denial, which makes me very anxious. As I grew up and had more experiences, I realized that I should not separate what I want to be and what I really am. They are all part of me and should be treated equally. Fortunately, I found that in the process of chasing what I want to be like, I have also improved a lot. Although this process was doubtful and painful, it also made me more mature. In this page-turning book, I use a running person to refer to who I am, and a bird that changes colors to refer to what I once wanted to be. The background represents some of the bumps in my growth experience in the past. In the process of flipping through the book quickly, the reader can see that the person has been chasing the bird, but he can't chase it no matter what. Gradually, the perspective changes, and you can see that your true self has been illuminated by what you want to be on the way forward.
