Institute for Learning Organizations (ILO) came to me with the challenge of having a brand that did not resonate with their target audience.

They were about to launch an important new product but felt their digital presence & brand was not up to par with industry standards. Their brand was preventing them from leaving a memorable impression and in fact taking away from their credibility and trust - which are key for converting high end business clientele, as in their case. Needing to make a strong impression and claim their stance in the market, the strategic branding and marketing process ensued over four months of grueling yet highly productive work.

Unlike most of my Brand Strategy cases, ILO knew exactly who their target audience is which lead my focus to be more on the brand, the product, and the strategy that links these elements together. After our contract was over, ILO was left with a relevant and valuable brand that sets them apart from competitors, as well as assets and systems used for generating leads online.
