The middle cooking hole allows continuous stirring to prevent food from sticking. You may have experienced splashes of hot food or burns on your hands when making porridge or stew. It prevents burns during cooking as the dome-shaped design minimizes the splashing of heated food. After turning over the guard, you can use a double boiler by fixing the baby food container in the cooking hole. When used as a double boiler, the container does not touch the bottom of the pot, it can be used safely.
