Playful design furniture and home decor brand inspired by Istanbul treasures, founded by Day Studio.
AVLU is a brand of furniture and accessories founded by DAY Studio in 2015. Inspired by the culture of materials in Istanbul and Turkey, AVLU works only with local craftsmen, transferring these techniques and knowledge to contemporary, sophisticated and accessible design objects. AVLU collection consists of service plates, functional everyday products to boxes and specially crafted furniture.
DAY Studio is an interdisciplinary design office established by Yeşim Eröktem and Doğanberk Demir in 2015 after graduation from the ITU Industrial Design Department and the design school of Switzerland ECAL. The studio continues to work in the fields of furniture, lighting, home accessories, textile design, as well as industrial design and packaging design.
