Building a Bridge

One of the most challenging projects I have come across during the Visual Language II course in Sabancı University was the bridge project. We had to build a bridge, using wooden laths and all kinds of material for binding, to transport a 33 cl. beverage can across two benches which are 50 cm apart from each other.
 
I worked with hexagons and tried to create the illusion of a tube, using three long laths, for the conveyer.
