The iStore is a leading distributor of Apple products in South Africa, boasting many stores and their own online store. iStore Pre-Owned is a sub brand of theirs focused of meeting the needs of consumers looking for pre-owned Apple products.

Along with creating their online store, I am currently in the final stages of the Store Pre-Owned Mcommerce App UX UI design. As many consumers have shifted to shopping online via their phones (particularly with the brands they trust), this app is aimed at enhancing the customers conversion experience through a quick and frictionless journey. My aim is to remove the clutter and get straight to meeting our customers needs; for example, with tailored filters based on extensive research around how the users are shopping.
