A Creative Documentary Poster
TINUPAK
A DELICACY OF ZAMBALES
The renowned Zambales delicacy is eroding over time.
This documentary poster intends to raise awareness about the more interesting and lesser-known cultures and traditions concealed in some regions of the country and encourage viewers to value and appreciate them more.
Tinupak is Zambales' husked rice, or palay toasted and manually pounded. It symbolizes the strength and integrity of Candelarians, the native town folks. Making it is a long and challenging process, yet the end product is worth it! Tinupak's texture and appearance are similar to Korea's mochi, making it known as the Mochi of the Philippines!
