In my opinion, a strong understanding of type and typographic elements is key to strong design. While these are not necessarily all finished projects, I feel they show a different view into my creative process and thoughts. (The 4th image with the 4 vertical strips is all hand drawn and done in ink on 15x20 illustration board)
