One day the rabbit saw the turtle walk  slowly at the Sultan Abdul Samad. The rabbit says the tortoise should not use the road and the tortoise says the road is for everyone. Then they agree to have a race  and the finish line is in front of the Sultan Abdul Samad.

The design process is I drew the rabbit at the back because the rabbit sat under the tree and soon fell a sleep. After it woke up the tortoise was at the finished line already .To make it more local, I added on the coconut tree and the animal is wearing Malaysian traditional clothes.
