Project Description:
The client runs a décor shop in Hawaii and wanted to visualize major business KPIs using Power BI. They have a store POS named Lightspeed POS. I integrated Lightspeed POS with the Quickbooks accounting tool. Then I connected QBO with Power BI and made visualizations for multiple stores. The dashboards were also embedded in their website and the Row-level security feature of Power BI was implemented so that each store manager has access to their specific store's report and Owners have access to all the reports.
The dashboards created were 1. Sales Performance 2.Sales By Category 3. Sales By Vendors 4. Top 100 SKUs 5. Vendor Scorecard
