Inter Miami - AR Filters Concept



Three years after entering Major League Soccer, Inter Miami C.F. is well on its way to establishing itself as one of the league's teams-to-watch. Their determination and style on the pitch have inspired a passionate group of dedicated fans, La Familia, who play an active role in shaping the culture of the club. In honor of La Familia, three entertaining and high-spirited filters were created to engage it’s fan base, whether they were at the stadium or enjoying the game from home.


MARCH TO THE MATCH
The first filter simulates the pregame march to the match, with the name of the city swirling around the user’s head, team-colored confetti, and one of the chants often sung by La Familia. The effect also contains a custom LUT created in Lightroom and used to subtly warm up the image.




HALFTIME SELFIE
The second filter provides fans with the opportunity to show pride in their club by snapping a selfie with the team logo and colors “painted” on their face. Multiple face trackers are used in this filter so that if there are two people in the frame, the design will be projected on both faces. The effect also contains a custom LUT created in Lightroom and used to subtly warm up the image.




GOOOAALL!!
The third filter assists the Inter Miami faithful with celebrating goals. In this filter, 3D “goal” text in the team’s color appears about the user’s head as the team logo rains down from above. The filter is only activated by an open mouth gesture, to encourage fans to shout “goal” loud and proud. As with the second filter, this effect is also enabled for multiple faces.
