The park is the most popular park in Potsdam, with visits annually by more than 360,000 guests, and caters for many services, sports, and events. SV Associates was approached to propose a visual system for the park to communicate major events, strengthen the voice of the park, and continue to attract more visitors.
Our response was a sophisticated modular design system that allows a high degree of flexibility and variability while maintaining an strong and recognisable visual identity. Flexible use in all media and formats is enabled by a playful tone, reflective of the recreational character of the park. An icon illustration style was developed as part of this, which can be applied with ease to a variety of themes and event types.
