Garantire la mobilità delle persone è sicuramente una delle funzioni più complesse della macchina urbana.

A Venezia nella città storica, muoversi non è facile viste le sue 121 isole ed i suoi 435 ponti.

Questo progetto analizza il problema mettendo al centro dell'analisi gli utenti che possono avere problemi di mobilità: quanti e in quali zone della città vivono, quali sono i mezzi e i servizi a loro disposizione e come è percepita dall'esterno l'accessibilità a Venezia. Il tutto al fine di evidenziarne le criticità e dare spunti per un progetto mirato.

The issue of guaranteeing the mobility of the people is certainly one of the most problematic function in the urban machine. Because of its 121 islands and 435 bridges, walking through the historical city of Venice it's not easy. This project aims to analyse the problem by focusing on the subjects that might have mobility issues: firstly how many of them there are and in which parts of the city they live, secondly, which are the means of transportation and the services they can benefit from, and finally, how the accessibility in Venice is perceived from an outside point of view. All of this is aimed to draw attention to the criticality of the problem and to encourage a more focused project.
