Нові Петрівці - село поблизу міста Київ, близько 40 хв їзди автомобілем(без врахування корків) та 1 год. 40 хв громадським транспортом до центру міста. Тут можна побачити типову для українських сіл однородинну забудову. У зв'язку з відносною близькістю до міста останнім часом село почало заселятися новими мешканцями.
Novi Petrivtsi is a village near the city of Kyiv, about 40 minutes by car (excluding traffic jams) and 1 hour 40 minutes by public transport to the city center. Here you can see typical Ukrainian villages with single-family houses. Due to the relative proximity to the big city, the village has recently begun to be inhabited by new residents.
Велика кількість бажаючих стати власниками місцевого спокою та затишку призвела до того, що популярності набрала рядова зблокована забудова. Даний проєкт є прикладом як можна організувати рядову забудову на ділянці, що довшою стороною примикає до дороги.
The large number of people wishing to become the owners of local peace and comfort has led to the popularity of terraced housing. This project is an example of how you can organize terraced housing on a site that is adjacent to the longer side of the road.

Завданням від замовника було створити гідні умови для проживання за ціною що, є доступною для середньостатистичного покупця. Серед вихідних даних також було передбачити виконання несучого каркасу зі збірних залізобетонних конструкцій та можливість поділу ділянки на 4 незалежні частини. В результаті пошуку оптимальних рішень ми отримали об’єм, в подібному масштабі до сусідньої забудови.
The task from the client was to create decent living conditions at a price that is affordable for the average buyer. Among the brief was to provide the implementation of the load-bearing frame of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures and the possibility of dividing the site into four independent parts. As a result of finding optimal solutions, we got a volume similar in scale to the neighboring buildings.
Безпека, приватність, комфорт, надійність та гнучкість основні риси сучасного житла. На основі цих напрямних ми підготували два варіанти планування, один з них після погодження із клієнтом було взято за основу для подальшого опрацювання. Кожна типова секція поділена на дві функціональні зони - денна на першому поверсі і вечірня на другому. Денна зона складається з вітальні, зони їдальні та кухні та вхідного холу з гостьовим санвузлом. Вечірня зона складається з спальних кімнат та санвузла.
Security, privacy, comfort, reliability, and flexibility are the main features of modern settlement. Based on these guidelines, we have prepared two planning options, one of which was elected by client, was taken as a base for further development. Each typical section is divided into two functional zones: daily life space on the ground floor and the nighttime area on the second floor. The living area consists of a living room, a dining and kitchen area, and an entrance hall with a guest bathroom. The nighttime area consists of bedrooms and a bathroom.
