The proposal calls for a shared campus of specialty academics for Dillard University & the University of New Orleans. The site contains three new buildings located at the bends of the redefined London Avenue Canal. In addition to maintaining the existing bottomland hardwood forest, new flotant wetland marshes are created for bioremediation of storm water. Smaller canals along the border of the site provide additional rainwater outfall and provide neighbor residents with water recreation access to the larger waterways. An elevated bike path allows for quick commuting between the existing universities.

Each new building features a mixed-use program. The center portion in each is the home of the library specific to the teaching of the particular graduate tract (fine arts, engineering, philosophy/literature, etc). On the north and south ends are public ammenities such as retail and exhibition space to display the student’s education to the community. On the upper levels are lab/classroom space and scholar residences.
