For the development company "Stroy City" we created a number of visual solutions for the presentation of the not yet built residential complex “Dim na Podoli”

“Stroy City” Development Company has been operating on the Ukrainian market since 2010. During this time, 10 objects were built and implemented. The company creates unique projects in the segment from comfort to premium using modern design trends and construction technologies.

To demonstrate the advantages of the residential complex “Dim na Podoli”, which is under construction, we have created several types of content:

⁃ interactive module for the site with the integration of 3D model and views from windows at different levels
⁃ video with realistic 3D model integration

VIEWS FROM THE WINDOWS as an interactive module for the website

The interactive module for the site "Views from windows" is made using the technology of virtual tours, and is based on day and night aerial panoramas, into which a realistic 3D model of buildings is integrated. This solution allows you to see the height, the future environment and the exterior of buildings in daylight and at night. A user-friendly and intuitive interface has been developed for navigation. A potential client can use the application remotely through the LCD website or in person at the sales department

VIDEO + 3D video with realistic 3D model integration

Integration of a 3D model requires high professionalism, skills, knowledge of a large number of programs and scrupulousness.

We have a large number of already implemented similar projects behind us, therefore all these processes have already been debugged and do not cause difficulties.
