In this project we devoted ourselves to Frankfurt City and its forms and shapes.
Striving through the centre we encountered various places, only waiting to be found. We picked up and tried to visualize the shapes we found there in a way which would be fitting for them.
Our book starts by coming from the outside of Frankfurt, then diving in the city and finally leaving again through the
main station. One of the locations was the Dialogmuseum, where you can take a tour through darkness, discovering various places without seeing them, being led by a blind tour guide.
As you always find something new and unknown when you are covered in darkness, we tried to let the reader feel
the same kind of emotions by using various black pages and spraying black blurred letters onto them. As a lead we put braille sentences to each corner of the black pages, so you feel them when turning the pages.
Still... if you do not know the alphabet you do not understand what's going on...
