During the project, communicated with the Mural painter to provide line-art drawing and color artwork; manage the allocation of paints and related materials; complete daily management of the production process.

项目中期，进驻现场，与画师沟通配合完成线稿的图纸电脑绘制及调整工作；管理分配颜料及相关物料；完成生产环节的日常管理工作。

Coordinated with the installation team with matters related to product installation. Cooperated with the Mural painter to complete the project management work throughout the entire project.

项目后期，进驻安装现场，协调配合安装团队处理产品安装相关事宜。
在整个项目实施过程中，配合画师完成项目管理工作。
